Chutarrat graduated from a 5-year program of Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) program in Oshio College of Acupuncture & Herbology, Victoria B.C, after having previously obtained a B.Sc of Nursing from Thailand. She worked as an operating room nurse for 14 years and practiced TCM on Vancouver Island before relocating to Kenora in 2024

I have been going to Chutarrat (Yink) regularly since February 2025. I have several issues for which I have seen many healthcare providers, and in this short time with Yink, I have made significant gains, have a better quality of life and I am in less pain. I find that she is totally professional, thorough and knowledgeable. During the treatment, she is respectful and concerned. She always tells me what she will be touching and doing, so not to startle me and to get my permission. My comfort, physical and emotional, is important to her. I highly recommend her.

Yink is a very attentive. She asks, listens, and repeats in her own words to make sure she understands what I am telling her. She is very careful to make sure the treatment is appropriate, that it isn't uncomfortable or too much, and that I'm experiencing the effect she wants both during and between treatments. At each appointment she asks generally and specifically how I'm doing (physically, mentally, and what is going on in my life) to help her assess and determine treatment. She is pleasant to talk to, interesting, and has a positive outlook. Kenora is fortunate to have her as a local practitioner.
